Today, America's Hollywood sweetheart Dakota Fanning ("Jane" in The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) has turned sweet sixteen!
According to one source, Fanning celebrated her birthday early on Saturday "by having a dinner with her parents, family and friends at Beverly Hills hotspot Villa Blanca during the weekend."
Fanning has been a celebrated actress for the past decade, having starred in some of Tinseltown's most noted films (including The Secret Life Of Bees, Sweet Home Alabama, Man On Fire, and Dreamer: Inspired By A True Story).
Fanning's newest film, The Runaways, has earned her exceptional praise for her portrayal of Cherie Currie.
